Refunded in full, any time before the run starts. Write to hello@citrel.ai and say stop; no reason needed and none is asked for.
Not refundable once the report is delivered, because the work is done and the document is yours to keep. The report is the product — it does not expire, get revoked, or stop working.
If we start and then cannot finish — an engine becomes unreachable, or your category turns out to be outside what we cover — you are refunded in full and told why.
Half is due on signature and half on delivery. Cancel before work starts and the first half is refunded in full. Cancel part-way and you pay for the stages already delivered; anything unstarted is refunded. Nothing is billed for work not done.
Month to month, billed in advance. Stop whenever you like with thirty days’ notice; the month already paid for is worked out in full. No lock-in and no exit fee.
Back to the original payment method, initiated within three working days of us agreeing it. How long it then takes to appear is your bank’s or card issuer’s timing, typically five to ten working days for an international card.
If your site gets under 5,000 visits a month, sells only through a marketplace, or sells on impulse rather than research, the audit will not pay for itself yet — the homepage says so plainly. Ask first; a one-line answer costs nothing and saves you $750 and a refund request.
