Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
Audit — $750. A written report, delivered as a link and a PDF to the email address on the order, within five working days of cleared payment. Most land sooner. If a run is delayed — an engine rate-limits us, or your category needs a second day of capture — you are told before the fifth day, not after it.
Build — $3,000. Delivered in stages across roughly 90 days, against the sequence agreed in writing before work starts. Each stage lands with something you can verify yourself.
Upkeep — $1,500 a month. Continuous. Work and a written update land inside each calendar month.
By email, to the address on the order. No physical goods, no courier, no shipping fee, no customs. If nothing has arrived by the promised date, write to hello@citrel.ai and it is resent the same day.
On cleared payment, not on an order confirmation or a payment screenshot. For cards that is usually immediate; for a bank transfer it is when the money is credited.
If we take payment and then find we cannot run the audit — your category is outside what we cover, or the data we need is not reachable — the payment is refunded in full and nothing is billed. The refund policy has the rest.
