Volume rates apply from three live clients onward, and monthly upkeep can be added per client. Both are quoted with the rate card.
A white-label audit is 10 working days, and each build stage carries a date in writing. If a date is going to move you hear it from us before it does, with the new one attached.
Current capacity is confirmed on the first call, against what you actually have coming. We will tell you when we are full rather than take the work and go quiet.
