Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your work email and your website. Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no cookie set by us anywhere on this site.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request. If that matters to you, tell us and we will self-host them.
To reply to you and to run the audit you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a list you did not ask to join. We will not email you about anything other than the thing you contacted us about.
Form submissions are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets under our own workspace account. Email is handled by our mail provider. Those are the only two places your details sit.
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs, plus the period we are legally required to retain financial records.
The audit needs nothing but your domain name. No logins, no analytics access, no admin rights. If you go on to a build, we ask for the minimum access required to publish, and we hand it back when we are done. We do not export, retain or reuse your customer data, and we do not show one client's data to another.
Email hello@citrel.ai and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you why.
If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under the GDPR, and our lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry and contract for delivering work you have commissioned.
