Citrel AI is an independent studio, registered as a sole proprietorship in India and run from Bengaluru. Work is delivered remotely; there is no walk-in office. Full registration details appear on every invoice.
Priced in USD, payable by card from any country. Your bank may convert the charge at its own rate. The audit is $500, payable in full before the run starts; a build is $2,500, half on signature and half on delivery; upkeep is $1,500 a month. The audit fee credits against a build taken within 90 days.
No Indian GST is charged on export of services. Any local reverse-charge or withholding in your own jurisdiction is yours to handle — tell us and the invoice is issued accordingly.
The audit is refundable in full any time before the run starts. Once it is delivered it is not, because the work is done and the document is yours. The full position is in the terms.
Your domain, your category, and two or three brands you are usually compared against. That is enough for us to run a first look before the call, so the twenty minutes is spent on your results rather than on questions.
